About the Job
<ul><li><p> <span style="color:#121317;">Your mission at Climeworks is to deliver world-class technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for commercial Carbon Capture plants, ensuring peak reliability in challenging environments. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You investigate and analyze technical issues reported by our customers, identify possible root causes and use data and analytics to diagnose the most important contributors. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You work with cross-functional teams to define immediate mitigation actions to field issues and develop long-term solutions along with the design and manufacturing teams. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You provide guidance and support to internal development teams ensuring that lessons learnt from field experience are incorporated into new designs. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You are responsible for managing customer relationships and expectations. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving product enhancements.</span> </p></li></ul><p style=""></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or you have completed a technical diploma (Konstrukteur/in EFZ).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You have 2 to 5 years engineering experience involving industrial equipment with a focus on integration. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You demonstrate a passion for investigating and solving interdisciplinary problems (for example mechanical systems, electrical components, I&C and industrial processes). </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You possess a problem-solving mindset with a high-level overview of engineering principles and mechanical design. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You demonstrate a collaborative approach with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with peers and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">Your CAD and PLM experience would be a plus. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317;">You are willing to travel approximately 1/3rd of the time (initially mainly to Iceland). </span></p></li></ul><p style=""></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317;">What we offer:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317;"> A horizontal organization, a great team, an improvement-oriented approach, and a scale-up venture with an innovative technology.
