As Data Scientist you will:  <ul style=""><li>Build and optimize ML models for agronomic recommendations using diverse datasets to generate insights.</li><li>Proactively assess and identify opportunities for data science applications and data products, such as LLMs, to advance our product and the customer experience.</li><li>Build robust, scalable data models to support ML systems and improve data accessibility.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with agronomists, engineers, and product teams.</li></ul>Your profile: <ul style=""><li>MSc/PhD in data science, agronomy, computer science, or related fields.</li><li>Proven track record in building recommendation systems or predictive data science projects, ideally related to agriculture.</li><li>Experience using LLMs to build chatbots and deploying them in production.</li><li>Preferred knowledge of agronomy and agricultural topics.</li><li>Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience using ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch and scikit-learn.</li><li>Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem.</li><li>Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams, with proficiency in version controlling (e.g., Git).</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into quantitative solutions and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working with large-scale geospatial and sensor data and familiarity with remote sensing a plus.</li><li>Full working proficiency in English.
