After training in our systems, you will be ready to answer questions from our national and international sales partners and subsidiaries on remote monitoring and control of photovoltaic systems and the corresponding error analysis.
As a competent technical contact you will be responsible for the support of our French-speaking customers.
You will provide support by telephone, e-mail or remotely for the installation and commissioning of our monitoring system
You provide assistance and find user-friendly solutions for the system setup in our Internet portal
You will develop and coordinate solutions to problems, if necessary together with our specialist departments.
The execution of customer trainings completes your field of activity
Your profile:
After your training as a technician in the field of energy or communication electronics (or comparable), you have already gained experience in the service of technical products requiring explanation.
Due to the international orientation very good knowledge of French and English as well as occasional willingness to travel at home and abroad are necessary; knowledge of German is a plus
You already have knowledge in the area of network technology and parameterization, ideally you have knowledge in the areas of databases / embedded systems
A confident handling of the MS Office package is a matter of course for you
You impress with your strong communication skills as well as your customer- and solution-oriented way of working
