Mission Statement:

Learn and familiarize the production process, assist to complete SOP project and join in CI projects led by production engineers.

Your responsibilities:

• You will understand Hitachi Energy culture.

• You will have systematic understanding the quality management knowledge, established quality management philosophy.

• You will understand the basic knowledge of daily management.

• You will be able to improve the abilities of communication, coordination, understand the thoughts from daily work.

• You will understand the whole process of transformer manufacturing.

• You will understand the actual operation process of factory.

• You should improve English abilities.

Your background:

• You will have bachelor’s degree.

• Strong sense of responsibility, work with carefully and actively on study, with willing of communication, sharing.

• Good application of Excel, software design.
