The Grid Automation and Communication portfolio covers a wide range of solutions of Automation Protection and Control across three types of offers, System, Products and Services, which are applicable to a large number of segments among which Power, Transmission &amp; Distribution and other utilities, Transportation, Renewables and large industrial customers.Your responsibilities:<ul><li>You will deliver orders in accordance with budget and fulfilling the mix of System Sales and Product sales withing the region HUB APAC; and the expected level of profitability, grow Automation and Communication business within the region by analyzing the best profitable potentials in the region, focusing on white spots, new segments, new customers, new channels, leveraging on complete local Sales organization and a network of Distributors and Channel Partners, anticipating change of Technology, launch of new Products and solution.</li><li>You will lead the Local Sales Units with technical and commercial expertise to sell their Automation and Communication offering, consolidate lead / opportunities / initiatives / orders intake and all other sales KPI related to AC business in the region and shape Global Product Group needs and new requirements to be homologate / qualified / considered in the region; and assure that these requirements are planned in the product R&amp;D Roadmap.</li><li>You will prepare AC sales plans using company tools, perform regular status review and propose recovery plan in cases of potential order shortfalls and lead direct negotiation.</li><li>You will ensure most competitive offer considering the market and customer conditions, identify go to market approach for segments and countries (e.g. direct sales, consortium, or channel) can be applied to better serve the customer,</li><li>act as a communication channel of Global product groups to bring feedback and lessons learned to the APAC HUB.</li><li>You will support bid/no bid analyses and decisions, participate in and lead project risk review process, direct relations with customers, Channel partners, Distributors, Potential Third-Party suppliers, MKT teams, account managers, Bid and Proposal team, Global Product Group, Country and Regional management.</li><li>You will lead, drive and hold itself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved.
