Scrum Master (f/m/x)

Your mission

• Ensuring productive and successful Scrum events
• Supporting continuous improvement and learning progress with individual or team coaching sessions
• Analysing existing processes and encouraging teams to apply agile principles
• Promoting a culture of communication, collaboration and transparency
• Cultivating empowered teams that self-organize their tasks for goal achievement
• Identifying impediments and solving problems on team level
• Organizing and conducting workshops with team members and stakeholders

Your profile

• University degree, with several years of experience with agile teams
• Experience with higher level agile processes, e.g. the Scaled Agile Framework
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Affinity for travelling for encouraging face-to-face communication
• Fluency in English is required
