You will support our HR team in day-to-day operations and administration along the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
This includes communicating with external talents, creating presentations for further education and training as well as internal communication on any concerns and requests from our employees.
You proactively contribute your ideas and help to ensure smooth and efficient processes and their optimization.
You will take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as maintaining data, creating certificates and contract documents or formulating job advertisements.
You will take responsibility for your own smaller HR projects, e.g. in the area of recruiting or employee engagement, and implement them successfully.
You will work together with other teams and provide support at various interfaces.
Your profile
You are enrolled in business administration, humanities, social sciences or a similar degree program.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in HR and recruiting.
You are confident in using common programs such as MS Office, knowledge of Personio is a plus.
You have very good communication skills and enjoy interacting with applicants and employees.
You are characterized by a structured way of working, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
You work independently, reliably and with a high degree of initiative.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
At best, you will be available for 16 to 20 hours per week.
