Your mission
  • You will support our HR team in day-to-day operations and administration along the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
  • This includes communicating with external talents, creating presentations for further education and training as well as internal communication on any concerns and requests from our employees.
  • You proactively contribute your ideas and help to ensure smooth and efficient processes and their optimization.
  • You will take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as maintaining data, creating certificates and contract documents or formulating job advertisements.
  • You will take responsibility for your own smaller HR projects, e.g. in the area of recruiting or employee engagement, and implement them successfully.
  • You will work together with other teams and provide support at various interfaces.
Your profile
  • You are enrolled in business administration, humanities, social sciences or a similar degree program.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in HR and recruiting.
  • You are confident in using common programs such as MS Office, knowledge of Personio is a plus.
  • You have very good communication skills and enjoy interacting with applicants and employees.
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • You work independently, reliably and with a high degree of initiative.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
  • At best, you will be available for 16 to 20 hours per week.
