What You'll Do

  • Contribute to decisions to optimize the efficiency of budgets, media mix and to drive growth for the company
  • Utilizing data to project out conversion, ltv, customer quality
  • Manage reporting and data analysis while looking for opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Draw insightful conclusions from performance data to inform future decisions
  • Marketing long-term forecasting
  • Overall reporting process and projection improvements: improved metrics, improved projection process, source and channel mapping in DB
  • Spend in DB
  • Partner with data science and engineering to find opportunities to improve conversion
  • Maintain and improve reporting and analysis process and frameworks, including: QA dashboard / reporting tools, surface issues, requesting new dashboard views and analysis tools, implement new metrics into channel strategy, updating conversion multipliers, spend Collection by Channel for overall marketing and finance reporting
  • Ad-hoc analysis and investigation on potential issues and new opportunities, surface to Growth and Data team for further investigation or context if needed: conversion changes in funnel, increase in organic traffic correlated media sources
  • Project Management and Execution of Platform Operations / Tracking: Event tracking implementation, QA, and troubleshooting (collab with Acquisition Squad)
  • Pixel, adjust, segment
  • Google offline, server to server, etc.
  • Creating tickets or requests with Acquisition squad

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in marketing with a strong data analytics background (Individual Contributor)
  • Bachelor degree in marketing/communications, related field, or proporitional experience.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects with changing priorities
  • Creative and strategic in story-telling from data to align senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about Aspiration’s vision and mission 
  • Think creatively and independently   
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed   
  • Work well with a team
  • Skills Include: SQL, Segment, Google Tag Manager, Content Strategy Marketing, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, BI tools
