Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Executing day-to-day business with technical advice and support for Front sales teams and Offer &amp; Order Management team.</li><li>Internal coordination of special solutions for the hygienic valves and Pumps requirements</li><li>Advising and selecting of hygienic valves and pumps depending on process and application parameters (e.g., design of control valves, safety valves, cleaners, Product recovery system and pumps ...)</li><li>Supporting Sales, Offer &amp; Order Management, Supply Chain and Production teams for non-standard requirements.</li><li>Supporting with internal coordination of the implementation of customer-specific special requirement </li><li>Extending support to Design and Production teams on valves, Pumps, and valve matrix related queries. </li><li>Preparation of offer and orders execution from our Internal &amp; External customer and bring about the technical &amp; commercial clarification.</li><li>Maintaining customer contact about delivery and service and, as the central interface to our customers, ensure smooth communication in both internal and External customer.</li><li>Handling exchange rate variation claims in collaboration with Internal customer and Finance team</li><li>Conducting technical discussions and order clarification meetings with customer and/or end suppliers, to ensure that the engineering meets customer and process requirements</li><li>End to end participation on large business opportunities ensuring high change of success</li><li>Developing price list for internal sales team &amp; customer and even external customer whenever required.</li><li>Preparing the costing sheet and offer sheet for front sales teams, bigger size project of internal /external customer wherever required for smooth closing of deals.</li><li>Acquisition of new clients through technically and through direct business deal.</li><li>Product Support, training, and expertise development of the different market channels to ensure local self-sufficiency sales teams</li><li>Creation of sales reports and maintaining customer data in the CRM System</li><li>Visiting customer whenever required for business deal and product trainings.</li><li>Product and Service trainings to internal and External customer on valves and pumps</li><li>Handling customer complaints from our Internal and External customers (GEA companies and external customers) Error and cause analysis on the product, as well as in the customer's process (whenever required visiting the Sites).</li><li>Provide second level technical assistance and solution that emerged during the life cycle of the machines (valves and Pumps)</li><li>Working collaboratively across departments, including Front sales &amp; service, aftermarket spare parts, commercial, and SCM, to develop effective customer solutions and drive customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical) or Equivalent with minimum 7-12 years of experience in Technical Support or Application Engineering with Capital Equipment.</li><li>Experience in Hygienic equipment will be an added advantage</li><li>Exposure to any of Hygienic application Industries like Dairy, Food, Beverage, Breweries and Pharma is a must.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
