The opportunity
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager representing our factory sales and marketing of On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings used in Transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish components factories.
In this role you will be part of a Sales team and develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and in combination with high sensitivity to our customers’ needs you will find the right solutions to win customer trust and thereby orders.

How you’ll make an impact
Work with dedicated markets and generate new business by working closely with our customers to become their first choice when selecting On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings for their Transformers
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and end-users, which in many cases are utility companies or large industries
Build close cooperation and teamwork with local salespeople to get their support to reach our sales targets and product approvals with end-users through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs
Prepare technical/commercial offers by translating customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and proposals
Follow the sales processes to ensure that customer requirements and contracts are handed over to the project management team effectively
Follow up on sales opportunities to provide the best forecasting to the management
Establish plans and continuously follow up so both short-term and long-term actions are executed as planned
Your background
An electrical and/or technical background is required, preferably with a master’s degree combined with commercial competence
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential
Must be structured, persistent, and well-organized in the way of working and committed to customer satisfaction
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships is necessary
A curious person with the drive to challenge oneself for continuous development is ideal
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required. Other languages are advantageous
