Our team in Europe is currently in a strong growth phase. Consequently, we need support with HR and back office tasks whilst we let each team member work on what they are good at. We let their respective strengths flow into the appropriate tasks - this means that your field of activity is very versatile.

Responsibilities

• You support our Human Resources department and participate in the planning and implementation of exciting HR projects and are thus significantly involved in the success of these projects.
• Dry is also okay for you: You support personnel administration, including the preparation of contracts, certificates, attestations and other documents.
• You can also lend a hand and support us in the operational business.
• You will assist the team in the coordination and organization of various processes and projects.
• You are responsible for creating different trainings per person as well as a path for each position for several countries in Europe.
• You are responsible for creating multiple templates for multiple countries in Europe.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled and your university requires an internship for you
• You are studying a relevant Bachelors or Master degree
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of human resources (would be a plus)
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics, getting involved in challenges and incorporating your own ideas into day-to-day operations
• You like to work in a team, but you are also able to work on and push topics independently?
• You are familiar with Google Suits and an avid laptop and apps user
• Positive stress is not a foreign word for you
• Fluent English and German, further languages a plus
