The Director is expected to play a pivotal role model to raise the profile of Ramboll in Malaysia and to introduce new clients and strengthen existing clients into the business unit.The Director plays a key role is in Malaysia management team alongside  Singapore management team. To supports delivery of the strategy and annual business plan for the unit in line with the overall priorities for the Ramboll Buildings and wider activities in APAC, provide leadership to employees. The Director is expected to act as a role model on technical competence, implementation of strong processes, professional governance, and a high-performance culture and excel in project deliveries for the local teams.
