Power Factors fights climate change with code.    * Outside China and India  ABOUT THE ROLE The Vice President (VP) of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) is a senior leadership role in the Company, reporting to the CFO and responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes. This position plays a key role in driving strategic decision-making, financial performance, and business growth.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Financial Planning:Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic plans.Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategies.Provide recommendations for financial optimization and growth opportunities. Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting:Oversee financial performance analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Provide actionable insights into business performance, variances from budget, and key financial metrics.Analyze key financial data and trends to support decision-making at the senior executive level. Forecasting &amp; Budgeting:Lead the financial forecasting process, ensuring accuracy in revenue, expense, and capital expenditure forecasts.Monitor business performance against forecasts and identify areas of improvement or potential risk.Develop and manage short-term and long-term financial plans that are aligned with business goals.
