First point of contact: You are in direct contact with employees and managers and support them throughout the entire employee lifecycle in personnel-related matters.
Employee Engagement & Communication: You support the continuous exchange with employees and their managers by accompanying and evaluating the regular employee appraisals and discuss individual development plans on this basis.
Employee Experience: You develop our experience design, which shapes our corporate culture through constructive feedback, a positive working atmosphere and appreciative collaboration. This also includes implementing appropriate measures and analyzing their effectiveness.
Sparring partner for our managers: You support the departments in organizational changes at the employee level as well as in generating ideas and structuring change management.
Day-to-day HR processes: You will handle day-to-day tasks such as onboarding new employees, creating and amending employment contracts, certificates and references, and much more.
HR Operations: You will further develop the existing processes of our operational HR work and ensure pragmatic compliance with them to guarantee efficient and effective operations.
Projects & other topics: You will independently drive projects to further develop our HR department.
Your profile
You are an absolute team player and have an extraordinary sense for people. You find it easy to adapt your communication to suit each person individually. Your empathetic nature combined with your professional manner makes you a competent sparring partner for our employees and managers, working as equals.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR business partner or manager, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. If you have already held a managerial position, we will find options for you to build your own division.
You have a real talent for organization and can prioritize your to-dos independently. When necessary, you act quickly and pragmatically, and you also have a strong creative drive.
You are responsive, engaging and reliable. You take a holistic approach to the topics you oversee and process them quickly thanks to your strong implementation skills.
You are a strong active listener who is good at understanding motivations. You also have the ability to inspire people and convince them of your solutions and ideas.
You have a successfully completed degree, e.g. in (business) psychology, economics, humanities, education or similar.
You have a solid understanding of labor law and are able to apply this knowledge in a targeted manner.
Your routine use of HR software (ideally Personio) as well as fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
