Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Understanding the task and evaluating the required input from business. </li><li>Proactive communication for missing information, tools and/or other resources to execute the task</li></ul><ul><li>Creating 3D models and 2D drawings of various products on the given GEA technology</li><li>Following the drawing/model review process established in team</li><li>Taking full accountability of own design drawings/models  </li><li>Generating equipment fabrication drawings and bill of materials</li><li>Responsible to execute and deliver engineering projects to business.</li><li>Planning own work in line with overall project schedule with manager</li><li>Creating product deliverables on transportation, lifting, service and other similar areas </li></ul><ul><li>Time-manage multiple tasks and keep the recipient updated on progress</li><li>Flexible enough to cater new task bedsides design like engineering documentations etc. </li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You hold Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience and knowledge of 2D &amp; 3D CAD Tools. Preferably Autodesk Inventor &amp; AutoCAD 2023 or higher, knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D would be an added advantage.</li><li>Must have knowledge of workflow and integration between Autodesk Vault and Autodesk Inventor.</li><li>Must have knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding symbols &amp; surface treatment.</li><li>Knowledge of hygiene and sanitary requirement of equipment.</li><li>Ability to read &amp; understand Equipment specification, P&amp;ID information &amp; Engineering drawings.</li><li>Technically sound in Design Fundamentals and BOM creation</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li><li>Good knowledge of PDM &amp; ERP system – Bluestar, Axapta, SAP would be an added advantage.</li><li>Agility and independency in task execution as a team player</li><li>Flexible to take various design tasks within or across the teams</li><li>Self-motivated to learn various products/systems within various GEA technologies</li><li>Solution seeker when faced with challenges.</li><li>Used to work systematically and independently with a team focus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Adaptable to work and adjust agile scenario. </li><li>Willingness to continuously learn on job.</li><li>Since GEA is highly international and work required to collaborate with GEA colleagues globally, Fluency in English skill – Verbal and written is mandatory.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
