In this role you will be responsible for responding to all levels of requests to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will respond promptly to escalations for technical support via phone, email and in person to provide timely resolution, document case status, and provide updates to management and end-users. You will also be responsible for carrying out any Modifications/ Enhancements/Projects in PLSQL and Oracle APEX Development based on Business needs.</p><p>What You Will be doing</p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and implement features and code using Oracle Application Express (APEX)</li><li>Perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications</li><li>Write and optimize PL/SQL statements for data manipulation and retrieval</li><li>Develop and maintain stored procedures, packages, and functions in PL/SQL</li><li>Collaborate with other developers and project managers to enhance database functionalities</li><li>Conduct performance tuning of PL/SQL queries and optimize database performance</li><li>Maintain documentation on all work products</li><li>Evaluate new features and technologies and coordinate their appropriate implementation</li><li>Help end users understand application features to accomplish their business purposes</li></ul><p>Who You Are and What You Bring</p><ul><li>Proven experience working with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database products</li><li>Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database design</li><li>Experience with JavaScript and other relevant technologies</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX development</li><li>Knowledge of Python, RPA Automation and related skills will be desirable</li></ul>
