About This Opportunity

Rachio is looking for a highly capable People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. The role will be in charge of creating a fun & productive remote office environment as well as helping to grow and strengthen our people programs. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for the following initiatives; remote office management, event planning, recruiting coordination, executing basic human resources processes, and assisting in culture-building efforts. We strive to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the Rachio employee life cycle and it is this team’s top priority to provide the best environment that will allow our employees to thrive. In this position, you will report to Rachio’s Senior Manager of People & Culture.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and manage the remote Rachio office
    • Manage all internal and external vendor relationships
    • Coordinate remote culture building programs
    • Provide basic IT assistance
  • Event planning
    • Organize fun events such as offsites, quarterly team events, important internal meetings, etc.
    • Help instill Rachio’s values into the workplace by assisting with culture and engagement projects and team events
  • Recruiting & scheduling
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates
    • Liaise with recruiting firms
    • Source candidates
    • Serve as a employer brand ambassador
  • Follow & enhance people processes
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
    • Keep company documentation up to date
    • Prepare and lead weekly all hands meeting
    • Manage computer inventory
  • Administrative assistance
    • Book and coordinate all travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed for all executive team & sales team members
    • Prepare and assist other teams with expense reports

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • You have 2+ years experience in human resources, administration, office management, or event planning work
  • You are known for your organization skills.
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills including proficiency with Google applications
  • You enjoy hands-on work that requires juggling multiple tasks at one time
  • You are a master prioritizer, who is always up for exciting new challenges
  • You are able to carry yourself with maturity and professionalism while getting your job done
  • You bring positive energy to those around you
  • You are highly adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • You are able to problem-solve quickly and work independently
  • You are able to work both at a desk and on your feet throughout the day, as well as lift a minimum of 10lbs comfortably
  • Asana and Greenhouse (ATS) experience is preferred but not required

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000
  • Stock options

Location

  • You must live near the Denver/Boulder area and be able to commute to downtown Denver roughly 2-3 times per month.
  • While this position is mostly remote, there will be occasional in-person interactions and travel required
