Operations Manager

Your contribution

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the efficient operations of the Station A organization. You will play a critical role in enabling Station A to grow, manage its finances, and focus on making clean energy cheaper, more accessible, and more transparent to everyone. Your expected start date will be in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Your role

As Operations Manager at Station A, you will play an integral role in keeping our business up and running:

• Coordinate our hiring efforts, from recruitment through to onboarding
• Manage our business relationship with external service providers and vendors, including legal, finance, accounting, office, software providers, data providers, and other services
• Manage our financial operations in collaboration with our external finance and accounting service providers
• Support legal operations in collaboration with our outside legal counsel
• Support our team-related activities and services, including performance reviews and benefits
• Help shape the growth of the operations team at Station A
• Figure out creative ways to scale and streamline the operations of a startup
• Help build and define our team culture

Additionally, you will collaborate regularly with the rest of the team to ensure efficient operations across engineering, product, and business teams.
