Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join Regrow bringing with them their enterprise marketing expertise; to define, buildout, and lead the marketing team. Our marketing team is still in its very beginning, we have strong contributors but we need a leader with the vision for the company, the product, and the marketing function.

What You Will Do:

  • Increase our market penetration through channel partners by facilitating training on our value proposition.
  • Own our overall marketing tools, process, systems, appropriate to our size and plans to scale. [This includes building our product evangelist communities, marketing, and social communications, strengthening our brand identity and management]
  • History in building a robust lead generation funnel including events, webinars, email, SEO, SEM parallel to the website and brand.
  • Position Regrow as a market leader and trusted partner to food brands and their supply chain partners in navigating the sustainable ag space.
  • Attract new customers by increasing the awareness of the Regrow solutions worldwide with a focus on establishing Regrow as a household name.
  • Own and define our winning marketing strategy by strategizing product launch positioning/messaging and press relations while leading the internal team on our brand voice, goals, our impact, and our vision.

Your Background:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role leading and managing a team.
  • You have a visionary mindset and can showcase what marketing at Regrow should encompass.
  • Prior experience building timelines i.e. 30-60-90 day and beyond, to accomplish a mission.
  • Ability to help sales grow revenue 3X/pa.
  • Exposure to customer co-marketing programs, such as logos from channel partners.
  • Driven to consistently sustain qualified leads from top CPG’s and ag majors.

  • You have exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces across multiple projects and teams.
  • You are stimulated by a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • You know how to draft creative content and compelling messages that resulted in prior career and company success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
