This role combines both digital research and field-based investigation, which may include engagement with governmental institutions, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.</div><div>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for data and problem-solving, who can contribute meaningfully to the shaping of our research approach.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div>Provide guidance on navigating land ownership processes and relevant local regulations.</div><div>Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data.</div><div>Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information.</div><div>Assist in scaling and structuring data to inform strategic decisions.</div><div>Support broader research objectives with flexibility and initiative.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><div>Strong analytical and organizational skills.</div><div>Experience with property, legal, or government data research is advantageous.</div><div>Familiarity with GIS tools or systems is a significant plus.</div><div>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.</div><div>Ability to conduct face-to-face engagements with professionals in the field.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Contract Details:</b></div><div> This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. </div><br><br><br>
