The support for M365 application suite to include: Microsoft Messaging/Outlook, Azure Rights Management Services (RMS), Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint under the Microsoft 365 tenant. Active Directory (AD) includes System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and all other AD related products.  Requests for support of these applications are submitted to Administrators through Service Now tickets or email. We are looking for someone who will provide quality support to our clients by providing the insight, expertise, and dedication to ensure mission success. We are considering individuals who possess technical skills, a proactive approach, and a positive attitude.  Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide Tier III/IV support of the VA EMCS environment.</li><li>Answer incoming Incident Priority calls from the VA Enterprise Service Desk (VA-ESD), triage and resolve issues.
