You will be responsible for managing trade operations and settlement, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the on-time delivery of key business milestones. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day execution of critical business processes, working to streamline operations and optimize workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in scaling operational systems, implementing process improvements, and leading the continuous development of operational strategies to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a curious, humble, and analytically-minded individual with a bias toward action and impact.
