The Program Planner Analyst will be a member of the Program Management Office team and will work with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency in planning and execution across Wisk programs.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining baseline plans and schedules, producing predictive data and tracking KPIs. Key activities for this position include; estimating engineering/labor hours, resource loading, configuration management of a baseline schedule, weekly/monthly statusing of performance metrics, critical path identification, and schedule risk mitigation. This role will work closely with engineers, IPT leads, and program managers to plan, coordinate, schedule, and status program and process development/execution activities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the program execution strategy and develop a resource loaded integrated master schedule to meet program milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate schedule health and performance with management on a regular basis
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve schedule performance issues
  • Drive efficiency in program planning and scheduling through continuous process improvement

What you'll need

  • Strong multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience developing integrated hardware and software solutions for aerospace applications
  • Knowledgeable about program management and engineering design methodologies  

Requirements

  • Aerospace industry experience 
  • 2+ years experience in a Analyst/Planner/Scheduler role
  • Familiarity with the aerospace design process
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with fast-paced development organizations
  • Understanding of program management performance and progress metrics
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
  • Experience in aircraft certification
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Understanding of emerging UAM/eVTOL technologies
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite)
