Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Improving technical solutions with technical details, manage the sales process, including order fulfilment, aftersales support, and resolution of customer complaints to maintain strong relationships.</li><li>Relying on service agents, build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including accounts, design institutes, associations and institutes</li><li>Develop expertise in Freudenberg Performance Management technologies and apply them across various Building &amp; Industry markets, actively monitor industry and customers technical development, to align with the standards or guidelines of products and technology.</li><li>Handle and assist in development of marketing tools, such as datasheets, technical specifications, brochures, and promotional materials.</li><li>Participate seminars and represent the company at/with design institutes, associations, conference and partner training event.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Geotechnical, Engineering, Textile Engineering, Construction or Sports Facility Management</li><li>3-5 years International B2B experience, familiar with the design institute, preferably similar role in Nonwoven, sports industry, foreign company in building materials, composite experience with technical or engineering background being advantageous.</li><li>Familiar with athletic field construction, technology, construction, project standards, and proven expertise project processes in project sales with strong technical foundation, have project management ability.</li><li>Willingness to Travel Frequently within China region.
