Working Student People & Culture (all genders)

Your mission:

• You will gain an insight into the entire employee life cycle and support our People & Culture team in all operational People topics
• You will also gain an insight into other HR topics, such as employee support and employer branding
• You will support the creation of reference letters, document management and the internal organisation chart
• You will be responsible for maintaining our HR management tool Personio and the employer profile on Kununu
• You will have the opportunity to get involved in various projects and take on subtasks independently
• You will be part of our local teams at regional recruitment fairs and represent our company externally

Your profile:

• You are currently studying business administration / social or communication sciences / (business) psychology or similar
• You not only enjoy working on diverse and exciting projects, but also all administrative activities related to HR work in an international medium-sized company
• You have a structured and meticulous way of working paired with enthusiasm and commitment for a top employee experience
• You have already proven your structured and independent way of working
• Very good MS Office skills and an affinity for social media are a matter of course for you
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile

We offer you a working student job during your studies (15-20 hours / week, during the lecture-free period also more). Your assignment can start at short notice. We can arrange the working hours flexibly. You can look forward to:
