As part of the local support team for Eurofins' corporate applications, this role enhances the team's capabilities in response to the anticipated increase in activity.
The Local Finance IT team aims to provide support, develop, and optimize IT tools for the Finance, Procurement, and HR departments of Eurofins in Spain. The scope of work may expand based on business requirements or team initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with business leaders in Spain as well as with functional leaders at an international level within the Group. The position reports directly to the Finance/Solution IT Manager in Spain.
Due to the nature of the project, this position is initially offered as a fixed-term contract (1 year).
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide support for Finance (AX2012), Procurement (Coupa), Travel Expenses (Notilus), HR (MENTOR/LABOR), and future applications, under the guidance of area leaders.
- Identify and lead the development of ad-hoc projects to address specific needs related to the managed areas and applications.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops for users.
- Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and training materials.
- Conduct acceptance and regression testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity in user processes and propose effective solutions.
- Propose and execute projects that deliver tangible business value.
- Oversee the integration of new companies into the existing application framework, ensuring a smooth transition.
