Responsibilities / Tasks

The Food Service Engineer reports to Head of Service FHT . He/She covers the Food service execution (field service) . He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country Food service execution.

  • Delivery of top-quality service execution
  • First point of customer contact for service execution
  • Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.
  • Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and Food services
  • To follow the internal expenses and travel policies
  • Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades.
  • Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site.
  • Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.
  • Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.
  • Be available with personal security equipment and compliance to standard operating procedures (SOP) at site
  • Ensure availability of the required documentation and update document templates to the latest versions.
  • Delivery of executed service reports, parts of hours, compensatory days and travel expenses in the periods established by the Head of service

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering as a standard
  • Profound experience in Food industrial engineering organization(s), as proven by:
  • Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience
  • Experience with remote team leaders.
  • Knowledge of several technological Food products from local markets
  • Listens carefully and contributes her/his own opinion in a constructive manner and to the point
  • Recognizes the positive aspects of two conflicting opinions and deals with them appropriately
  • Aware of tactics and strategies in the Food market, managing vision and purpose, can inspire and motivate units and organizations
  • Food Makes customers and their needs a high priority focus of one’s actions; shows interest in and understanding of the needs and expectations of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers; meets or exceeds customer expectations, keeping organizational policies in mind.
