As a central contact person, you advise and support employees and managers in all matters relating to operational and strategic HR work
You are responsible for all HR topics along the entire employee life cycle for a defined support area at our location
You are also responsible for implementing and supporting the annual talent and performance management and compensation processes
You conduct job interviews together and in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments
You maintain a trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council
Daily work with our HR management systems (in particular Workday & SAP) and various administrative activities round off your profile
You have successfully completed your business or legal studies with a focus on HR and have several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a manufacturing company
You impress with your structured, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working and do not lose sight of the big picture even in a dynamic environment
You enjoy stakeholder management and position yourself as a recognized interlocutor at eye level
Experience in using modern HR tools such as SAP R3 and/or Workday as well as knowledge of employment law are an advantage
You are characterized by your openness and friendliness
Very good German and English skills round off your profile
