Learn more at li.meWe are looking for a Regional Operations Manager, City Solutions to join our Regional City Solutions & Expansion team in North America-APAC (Amer-Apac). At Lime, our goal is to integrate our service into the fabric of cities around the world. As a ROM of City Solutions, you will work closely with our government relations and local teams to ensure we prioritize the concerns of our city partners as well as our growth. This role will own a range of items, from setting our go-to-market strategy for new and existing modes of transportation, to pitching data-backed solutions for key issues, such as parking and safety. You will act both regionally and locally, noting common trends among our local markets to formulate cohesive strategies at the regional level. We are looking for someone that is comfortable using data as a way of validating insights and able to pull data to analyze a problem. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver, eager learner, and well-rounded cross-functional team player ready to tackle the many challenges in micromobility today.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with our Product and Central City Solutions teams on current product tools improvement and issues while elevating Lime’s position as both a local, reliable operator
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to serve as the regional team subject matter expert for our suite of city compliance tools
  • Use advanced data techniques to test city-facing product features and ensure compliance as well as optimal user experience
  • Synthesize local data compliance trends to provide local operations teams real-time actionable intelligence and reference manuals
  • Support our data reporting, issue monitoring, and RFP submissions for cities

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, bizops, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience; high-growth business experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, learning quickly, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including expertise in Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint; Intermediate/advanced SQL preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in helping companies identify strategic improvements in their core business, and in implementing those improvements
  • Prior experience working with city officials is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
