This individual will join a group committed to further developing and scaling Euclid’s project controls offerings across all clients and service offerings. Euclid’s project controls service span across development, pre-construction, financing, construction, and hand off to asset management. This individual will work closely with services leadership and cross-functional teams to implement our current budget and schedule offerings, while continuously looking for ways to add value. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, exceptional budgeting and scheduling skills, and a deep passion for the impact that project controls can have on the success of a project when done right.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Provide project controls expertise to solar PV and energy storage projects from C&amp;I to utility-scale across all major US markets; projects/portfolios ranging in size from 1MW to 900MW+.</li><li>Meticulously lead the development and administration of the master schedule.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for project controls by interfacing directly with project clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Proactively analyze schedules for risk and lead strategy sessions to identify solutions.</li><li>Oversee third-party schedule updates by setting a regular reporting rhythm, evaluating schedule quality, offering feedback as needed, and integrating updates into the overarching master schedule.</li><li>Lead schedule analysis and deliver insights to client and internal teams, including critical path monitoring, forecast variances, and key risks.</li><li>Conduct thorough assessments of vendor change order requests to determine their potential impact on the project timeline, ensuring effective schedule management.</li><li>Lead dynamic schedule review meetings with project teams, fostering collaborative discussions and ensuring proactive timeline adjustments.</li><li>Drive accurate cash flow forecasting through meticulous alignment of schedule and budget.</li><li>Actively contribute to enhancing project control processes and procedures, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness in project management.</li><li>Collaborate on developing the strategy for continuous innovation and services offering refinement.</li><li>Support the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform.</li><li>Provide integral support in the hiring and future build-out of the Project Controls Team.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>8+ years of project scheduling experience within renewable energy (preferred), oil &amp; gas, utilities, adjacent industries, or a strong desire to enter the renewables space.</li><li>Strong technical project control acumen and a firm grasp of standard scheduling practices.</li><li>Deep experience managing project budgets and implications across contracts, change orders, contingency planning, liquidated damages, and other applicable scenarios.</li><li>Experience using scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Smartsheet)</li><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project/operations/construction management, business management/economics - concentrations preferred but not required.</li></ul>What We Provide<ul><li>Benefits package (401K, Health Insurance, Remote Work, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays)</li><li>Opportunity for early equity awards and share in the growth of the firm you are helping build</li><li>Professional credential obtainment sponsorship (PMP, PE, CFA, Software)</li><li>Multidisciplinary exposure and training (Tax, Legal, Finance, Diligence, Engineering, Energy Storage, etc.)</li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow in a truly supportive, collaborative, dynamic, and diverse environment</li><li>Exposure to high-profile, industry-leading clients, products, and technology across utility and commercial scale PV and BESS</li></ul>We are committed to building an inclusive working environment and doing our part to create a more equitable world.
