PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain and ensure a consistent Quality Management System based on ISO-9000, customer and industry requirements are established, documented, implemented, monitored and continuously improved.

• Develop company quality mission, strategy, and objectives and KPI’s, and ensure quality (improvement) planning is thoroughly implemented throughout the organization.

• Optimize internal system/processes and upgrade application tools to enhance quality capability.

• Coordinate the internal and external audit activities well implemented and all nonconformances thoroughly investigated and improved.

• Organize and chair Management Review Meeting with stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System.

• Integrate internal resource on quality service upgrade and enhancement to meet and beyond customer’s request.

• Develop talent review and succession plan, manage team members work scope and efficiency within organization.

Quality Management Sustainability (QMS)

• Maintain Document Control Center (Landing Page) to ensure procedures/standards with latest status.
• Lead eMOC process to ensure the relevant changes are well managed.
• Develop and lead internal quality audit activities for plants/sites.
• Establish and manage Customer Complaint/Supplier & Internal Nonconformance system and provide update and fan out regularly.
• Support medical gas plants to establish, implement and maintain in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and also comply with the local regulation and cGMP guideline.
• Prepare quality data and attend Management Review Meeting.

Quality Execution and Enhancement (PQA)

• Support stakeholders to effectively implement the quality objectives and planning.
• Lead the verification of ISO-9001 and cGMP and regular surveillance audit. 
• Coordinate with internal resources to response customers survey/questionnaires related to quality area.
• Facilitate the non-conformity investigation and preventive/corrective actions development, compile the quality report (8D) and follow up completion progress.
• Prepare PCN required information for stakeholder’s review.
• Update the outdated quality related processes and procedures with bench-marking the market practices and initiate to MOC process.
• Execute internal/supplier /3rd party quality audit activities per the audit plan.
• Conduct daily IQC/IPQC/OQC check per site nature to report out at site meeting.
• Identify and provide training relating to quality system/program/tool to stakeholders.
• Prepare quality data and attend Management Review Meeting.

Customer Satisfaction (CQA)

• Liaise with customer quality persons to understand customer requirements and expectation.
• Introduce customer the company quality objectives and planning, and implementation progress.
• Coordinate customer audit activities, involve the improvement discussion, and update the improvement progress to customer.
• Review PCN prior to notifying customer.

• Review and coordinate internal resource to handle customer special quality request.

• Prepare quality data and attend Management Review Meeting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education requirement: Science or Engineering bachelor’s degree or above

• Experience requirement: Min. 15 years in Quality and/or Operation management, Semiconductor Foundry area is preferred

• Good capability in strategic/planning development, in communication skill, and in execution/work commitment

• Good knowledge in Quality relevant management systems, e.g. ISO90001, ISO17025,…
  對質量相關管理體系有良好的瞭解，例如 ISO90001、ISO17025,...
• Strong problem-solving skill with good root cause investigation and 8D report knowledge 較強的問題解決能力，具有良好的根本原因調查和8D舉報知識
• Strong team leadership and high diverse commitment
