We are looking for candidates for the position of Office Administrator for a Liquid CO₂ production plant under construction in Navoi region.

As our Office Administrator, you will

  • Ensure all admin functions are fulfilled timely and effectively.
  • Support with translations between team members if required.
  • Meet visitors, organise conference rooms, host during meetings.
  • Work with incoming/outgoing mail: registration, processing, distribution between departments/divisions, mail tracking.
  • Arrange and coordinate post deliveries.
  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery, equipment and other office procurement (water, kitchen supply, etc.).
  • Organise working places for newcomers.
  • Liaise with landlord representatives, cleaning company and other necessary contacts on the subject of proper daily office operation.
  • Cooperate with travel agencies (hotel bookings and air tickets payments).
  • Arrange visas for the staff and guests.
  • Work with transport companies for taxi support.
  • Manage document flow.
  • Organise team events, meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare reports and documents upon management request.
  • Translate documents and provide interpreting as needed.
  • Keep and coordinate holiday requests from the team.
  • Keep and manage necessary medical files for the local team.
  • Report to the Plant Manager and support the entire team.

As the Office Administrator, you already are or have

  • Fluency in English and Russian or Uzbek is required (oral & written).
  • Good communication skills and able to adapt to communication in a multinational environment.
  • Good at building working relationships and teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal, analyzing and coordinating skills.
  • PC literacy and basic software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Methodical and rigorous, able to work on his/her own without reminders.
  • Proactive approach to work and your tasks.

Work conditions and benefits package

- Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions

Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums

- Annual performance bonus

- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)

- The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Navoi city

- Annual leave – 21 calendar days. The company also provides additional leave of 3 calendar days per year
