ACCIONA is looking for a QHSE Manager, reporting directly to the CEO of Poland, within our Energy Division.
Mission:
To lead the follow-up of the Acciona Energia Integrated Management System requirements (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Social) in Poland according to the directives and regulations of the Division of Energy and Corporate and legal requirements.
The implementation and maintenance of the AE Integrated Management System requirements to all the Acciona Energia facilities in the country (offices and wind farms), control and follow-up of all applicable legal requirements in Health, Safet, and Environmentamatterser in Poland
- To monitor and improve the Integrated Management System of Management in Acciona Energy Poland
- To support the development, construction, and production departments in implementing and managing QHSE matters in all our growing renewable energy projects.
- To participate in the environmental permitting processes for new projects.
- To monitor the fulfillment of the guides, procedures, and directives in Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Social matters. Amongst the number of processes, the candidate shall monitor the following critical processes: Risk Assessment and preventing and protecting measures, EmergenManagementent, Incident Report, PPEs, Safety Coordination of Suppliers and Contractors, Audits and Inspections, Waste management, identification, evaluation and monitoring of environmental impacts, stakeholder management, and social impact management.
- Establish directives and take cases regarding fulfilling environmental, health and safety, and social concerns regarding the projects' development of renewable power plants. Carry out the controls and checks needed to ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers and Acciona Group.
- To encourage and promote the assumption of values and the commitment of Acciona Energy in Health and safety, Environment, and Social matters among the local staff and providers.
- To coordinate with HR the training and the development of competencies of the personnel of the company in the country in QHSE&S matters
- To coordinate and support the production personnel in charge of planning QSE Activities for the facilities for which they are responsible.
- To carry out periodic follow-ups of QHSE&S status and goals with internal audits, inspections, and observations to identify possible breaches or risks in QHSE&S fields.
- The candidate shall be based in the Warsaw office and visit AE Poland facilities to meet the activities needs. In any case, he is required to visit all the facilities at least once per month. Coordinate the accomplishment of the internal and external audits for the ISO certifications and follow up on the corrective actions for detected non-conformities.
- To analyze the information and outcomes arising from the management of the system (audits outcomes, indicators analysis, incidents rate, sanctions of the administration, complaints of interested parties, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities
- To propose annual local goals to the AE Management. Period correctly reports reporting thetarnatdataAE manager to follow up on the Integrated Management System.
- To report periodically all the needed QHSE&S data and information to the AE Management to control and follow up of the Integrated Management System

Required Skills and Competencies
Degree/Training: Engineering or similar technical degree
Additional Training: training and competencies in Health Safety and Environmental matters. This competence could also be provided by field experiences in similar business.
Languages/Level: English / intermediate
