Responsibilities / Tasks
• Prepare quotation for customers for Filling & Packaging and general LPT business
• Support service sales and follow up with customer via email/phone call
• Execution order for spare part and field service and monitor on-time delivery to customers
• Maintain opportunities and report via (CRM) software
• Maintain installed base database such as Data entry, filing duties, document control & other sales administrative tasks as and when assigned.
• Liaise with other members of the service team
• Provide invoicing, purchase orders and monitor shipment, clearance, delivery and account receivable. (Incl. alignment with GEA Internal and external parties)
• Monitor stock, manage inventory and ordering
• Prepare/support on service documentations such as reports, manual etc.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in sales support activities.
• Good spoken and written English
• Commercial knowledge will be advantageous.
