Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for process design (including automation) and maintenance activities</li><li>Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled, accomplished and emergency troubleshooting &amp; maintenance support are readily available as needed</li><li>Analyze process; plan, develop and improve production, maintenance methods and industrial processes with using Lean tools</li><li>Execute process improvement and problem-solving projects which result in increased productivity, reduced scrap rate or a reduction in operational risk with a multidiscipline team</li><li>Standardize maintenance processes, machines and equipment</li><li>Participate VA/VE studies</li><li>Design and prepare technical specifications of new and current machines</li><li>Analyze feasibility of the new products together with Product Engineering team, determining the production processes necessary tools, equipment and investments</li><li>Support to Operation department with following activities:<ul><li>Training of both white and blue collars</li><li>Root cause analysis and actions definition for downtimes and quality problems</li></ul></li><li>Maintain Key KPI’s, to ensure effective management and measures for success</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputable university</li><li>3 to 6 years of experience in process development or maintenance department in metal stamping facilities</li><li>Good process, machinery and maintenance knowledge about metal stamping process</li><li>Good knowledge and experience in TPM</li><li>Good knowledge and experience in automation systems</li><li>Knowledge about sensor technologies and signal processing</li><li>Ability to read technical data such as complex technical drawings and machine details</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, knowledge on problem solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Redx etc.)</li><li>Good command of written and verbal English.
