Undertaking property surveys to support claim process.
Preparation of compliant, high-quality capital allowances claims utilising in-house software.
Management of multiple claims for corporate clients.
Effective management of claim process, including liaison with clients, consultants and colleagues to ensure claims are optimised and deadlines met.
Support claims in the event of HMRC enquiries.
Attend meetings, build and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, intermediaries and other networks to help develop new business opportunities.
Undertake in-house project management and quality control systems/protocols.
Maintain and develop technical knowledge.
Work with senior team to develop capability in other service areas such as land remediation relief, VAT and international depreciation.
Drive self-development through external training, the performance management process and AECOM University training resource.
