Lead software engineer

FCP is looking for a superb engineer to join our team and lead our software development.

We’ve bootstrapped our tech-for-climate+nature startup to profitability, by helping high-profile customers identify land for trees (see our website for examples). We are planning bigger products (and a new name), to address wider land<>climate<>nature use cases and generate rapid growth in our positive impact and revenue.

We are keen to speak to anyone with stellar engineering skills and a passion for addressing the climate and nature crises. For the right person, we are open to discussion on salary, equity, and job title. We are a UK company working remotely - and with global ambitions - so happy to work with great people based anywhere.
