OUR BUSINESS

We deliver light electric vehicle fleet solutions (vehicle, maintenance) to various last mile delivery actors: grocery, food, parcels as well as consumers. We design and develop vehicles, contract manufacture and deliver them to our customers across the globe, then we keep them on the road thanks to our maintenance service.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will build an automated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Model by sourcing, transforming and linking data from multiple source systems and building an automated model which is at the heart of the business decision making. You will generate dashboards to draw insights and report to the Heads of functions and C-suite. In addition to S&OP, you will also take on building various other models and dashboards to answer business questions.

You will work cross functionally with many stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Global Regional teams and C-suite to generate insights and recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing key data analytics projects within Supply Chain
  • Building data models with multiple datasets to align demand to supply and drive analysis on strategic Supply Chain decisions
  • Analysing complex datasets, managing multiple stakeholders across the globe, and influencing the business through actionable data insights
  • Manage the implementation of a centralised data repository and dashboard reporting
  • Be the subject matter expert for all Supply Chain related data, understanding links between different data sources and systems to enable seamless integrations and centralised information visibility

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a self-starter with an excellent understanding of analytical techniques, in particular:

  • 1-3 years experience in data analytics role
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Excel with demonstrable experience of data transformation, manipulation and modelling
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Commerce is desirable
