THE ROLE

In this role, you will provide the strategic and analytical thinking to shape the design of Zoomo’s upcoming portfolio of light electric vehicles for last-mile delivery. In simple words, tell us what to build.

Through a combination of in-depth market analysis, liaising with our key B2B customers and deep competitor research you will determine what Zoomo’s next-gen delivery LEV should be (HINT: it's probably not a coal powered unicycle).

You will liaise with our Hardware, Operations, and Sales teams to bring this suite of vehicle(s) to life and define the commercial and go to market strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market analysis across the delivery industry
  • Gather and analyse customer data and draw concise conclusions, identifying key value propositions
  • Conduct interviews with key customer decision makers to understand their key pain points and priorities
  • Define, validate and own the business cases for our next gen LEVs
  • Define the commercial product strategy including business model, go-to-market strategy and roll-out
  • Report to and work closely with the CEO and co founder

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of strategy, operations, or consulting experience (or similar)
  • You are empathetic, curious and strategic. You can learn Zoomo’s product intimately and understand our customers needs
  • You’re an exceptional communicator, who is comfortable operating across functions and pulling people together
  • You’re a self starter who can work independently, derive insights from scattered sources and present compelling recommendations
  • Experience within a high growth start-up is preferred (but not essential!)
