As a Customer Service Specialist you provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You are responsible for effectively communicating with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs.Main responsibilities and tasks<ul><li>Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning and supply chain coordination teams about order related matters.</li><li>Receiving, processing and confirming orders.</li><li>Planning customer deliveries and follow-up of stocks, proactive offering of available stock materials to customers</li><li>Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, orderbook and acting when needed.</li><li>Pipeline order management.</li><li>Reporting on demand for customer related information.</li><li>Being first-line support for sustainability related topics.</li><li>Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area.</li><li>Support in knowledge sharing among the different customer service teams.</li></ul>Knowledge, skills and capabillities<ul><li>You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area an experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.</li><li>You are fluent in English and German, other languages like Spanish, Italian, French are a big advantage.</li><li>You have a pro-active and commercial attitude, and the ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills characterize you. You are an enthusiastic team player.</li><li>You have the ability to perform multiple tasks under time pressure.</li><li>Working with different ERP-systems and MS Office is no problem.</li></ul>What do we offerWe offer an interesting job in an exciting, international organization.
