The Position

We're looking for an Executive Workplace Administrator/Executive Assistant to support senior leaders and manage our office facility. You will be an integral part of the team to drive Sofar's growth. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing different hats, and can support dynamic needs. You are professional, proactive, can think on your feet, lead with integrity and enjoy a challenge. You will report to and work closely with the company's Head of Operations. This is a full-time, onsite role in San Francisco.

At Sofar you will,

  • Manage our facilities, including managing vendors, stocking office supplies, and other duties as needed. An immediate focus for this role will be the move to our new office.
  • Own the workplace experience, including facilitating daily lunch deliveries and preparing conference rooms.
  • Provide front desk reception, including greeting visitors and handling deliveries.
  • Assist in the coordinating of executive, team-level, and company-wide events.
  • Act as an administrative assistant to members of the executive team, including strategically managing calendars, supporting in various meetings, booking travel, and other duties that may come up time to time.
  • Other tasks as needed

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience as an office administrator or executive assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who is excited by the idea of working with leaders across the organization.
  • Professional, reliable, flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude in line with Sofar's core values.
  • Excited to work for a small but growing company.
