Role Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to promote our initiatives, grow our brand presence, and drive revenue through innovative marketing and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.</li><li>Oversee campaigns across social media, email, and traditional media platforms.</li><li>Generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into partners or donors.</li><li>Analyze market trends and audience behavior to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets.</li><li>Produce performance reports and recommend improvements for marketing activities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or environmental sector.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media).</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work with KPIs and meet revenue targets.</li></ul>Key Skills: Marketing strategy, data analysis, lead generation, and team management.
