Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.</li><li>Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.</li><li>Recommends marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.</li><li>Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.</li><li>Directs subordinates in the maintenance of customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.</li><li>Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.</li><li>Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.</li><li>Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings and community and goodwill events.</li><li>Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.</li><li>Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies by providing leadership to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals to ensure production goals are met within organization goals of budget, time requirements and high level of quality. </li><li>Generally supervises lower level supervisors and/or professional staff and may supervise semi-skilled nonexempt employees which include some or all of the following: assemblers, technicians, machinists, welders, operators and clerical support, providing guidance to employees according to established policies and management guidance.</li><li>Ensure that departments within the organization reach goals within budget and a high level of quality.</li><li>Interacts with subordinates and/or functional peer groups regarding exchange or presentation of information.</li><li>Determines work schedules and overtime (if applicable) and allocation of resources and equipment.
