Administrative Assistant

Your tasks will include

As an Administrative Assistant at eAgronom, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our mission to create sustainable agricultural solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for our employees.

• Organizing and maintaining company records and documents.

• Assisting with correspondence, presentations, and reports.

• Assisting with minor accounting activities. 

• Handling office supplies in Tartu and Tallinn, and ensuring the workspace is functional and efficient.

• Travelling to our Tallinn office every other week to ensure a nice workplace. 

• Coordinating events, team activities, and training sessions.

• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and task follow-ups.

• Acting as the point of contact for external partners and visitors.

Must-haves

• You have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accountant or similar role.

• You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Estonian and English.

• You are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• You are proficient in office tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• You are located in Tartu, Estonia.
