Serve as a primary point of contact for employee requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support across HR-related matters.</li><li>Talent Acquisition: Craft inviting job postings that align with our business needs, work with hiring managers during the recruitment process on a need’s basis and collaborate with external recruiters.</li><li>Employee Onboarding: Generate offers letters/employment contracts, conduct background checks, and ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Help organize group and individual training sessions based on development needs, generate surveys, and support career development initiatives.
