How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Developing, coaching, and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies.</li><li>Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and applicable government standards.</li><li>Monitoring and managing supplier performance and quality related metrics. Supporting different stakeholders with supplier related topics.</li><li>Resolving supplier problems related to quality and performance.</li><li>Working effectively together with global and regional supplier quality organizations.  </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering</li><li>Strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Competence in functionality of power transformers and its components </li><li>Experience in APQP, PPAP and Quality Management</li><li>Familiarity with problem solving tools such as 8D methodology</li><li>Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma</li><li>Initiative and an independent approach to work</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Good written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English</li><li>Experience in modern ERP systems  </li></ul>Ready for a new exciting challenge?
