Our software is already used by some of the biggest EV charging operators and developers in the U.S. to deploy billions of dollars in EV infrastructure, and we’re just getting started.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">You’ll work alongside a cast of software engineers, machine learning specialists, data scientists, and problem solvers to transform complex consumer behavior, energy pricing, and incentives into actionable insights that propel charging businesses toward greater scale and sustainability.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We believe that the widespread adoption of electric vehicles is crucial for a greener and more sustainable future, and by facilitating the growth and success of the EV charging ecosystem, we can propel the world towards a sustainable transportation revolution.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Our flexible working culture allows everyone to set their own schedule and location to best suit their working style around a core window of overlapping hours. You can see the full list here: </span><a href="https://stableauto.notion.site/Stable-Benefits-1361f8651c684a3687d2a1d3268b792f">Stable Benefits</a>.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Product Marketing Strategy: </b>Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product to our audience.</li><li><b>Positioning:</b> Develop and execute strategies to improve our product positioning against competitor and homegrown solutions.</li><li><b>Messaging:</b> Craft compelling messages that can be tested across brand and performance marketing channels (emails, web, conferences, etc)</li><li><b>Launches: </b>Collaborate with Product, Sales, and CS stakeholders to plan and execute product launches including messaging, channel strategy, and measurement.</li><li><b>Lifecycle marketing:</b> Create content and messaging for email nurture campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.</li><li><b>Content strategy:</b> Leverage our unique data and insights to produce high-impact content (white-papers, case studies, webinars, conferences appearances, etc.) to grow the companies developing position as a thought-leader in EV charging.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>You have at least 5 years experience working in (or leading!) a high-performing product marketing team. Direct success in enterprise SaaS marketing in a technical field is favorable.</li><li>You have a knack for taking complicated or technical concepts and turning them into compelling stories</li><li>You’re able to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research. This is an early-stage startup and you will have the opportunity to do both!</li><li>You are excellent at product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, launch management, and partner marketing.</li><li>You understand channel, content, and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy, and how to leverage each to achieve marketing objectives.</li><li>You’ve written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing.</li><li>You've developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first, while hitting growth goals at the same time</li><li>You have a passion for understanding users - you’re excited to get up every day and get to know our users a little better. For Stable, that means you have a strong interest in learning about (or already understand, e.g. from an adjacent field such as solar) how EV infrastructure gets deployed including financing, energy contracts, design &amp; build, and operations.</li></ul><br><div>Stable is an equal-opportunity employer.
