Come and join us!</div><div><br></div><div><b>About the role</b></div><div><br></div><div>The Business Development Manager Nordics will play a leading role in defining and executing AMPECO's short—and long-term sales and business development strategies in the Nordic region.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Jointly with the VP of Sales and Business Development Europe, define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region;</li><li>Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities in the Nordic region (prime targets being Charge Point Operators);</li><li>Perform key account management on selected strategic clients;</li><li>Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers (consultancies, tech companies) </li><li>Provide proactive market intelligence;</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events;</li><li>Attend local events and generally be AMPECO's face in the region.</li></ul><h3>Your profile</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region is a MUST;</li><li>5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software; </li><li>Thought leader in e-mobility bringing a local network of target accounts and partners;</li><li>Must be proactive and take ownership of the market;</li><li>Hunter mentality;</li><li>Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach;</li><li>Based in the Nordic region;</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally;</li><li>BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering;</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul><br><div>Our team at AMPECO is deeply committed to our mission and we're looking for like-minded individuals eager to give, learn and grow with us.
