Base is looking for a Residential Battery Electrician to diagnose and repair field issues, rework installs to pass inspections, train new install crews, and inspect installs for quality control for Base's battery fleet in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Responsibilities:

  • All in-field activities inclusive of the following:
    • Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures
    • Inspection failure repairs
    • Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews 
  • Meeting with inspectors and AHJs 
    • Sit for inspections
  • Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes.
  • Respond to on-call duties for emergent electrical issues during nights and weekends on a scheduled, rotational basis.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Residential Wireman or Journeyman
  • Experience with battery back up systems, EV Chargers, or whole home generators

Pay Ranges:

  • Apprentice: $22/hr - $28/hr
  • Wireman: $25/hr - $32/hr
  • Journeyman: $33/hr - $37/hr
  • Master: $40+/hr
