Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow leads and sales. Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and insights.
- Ability to plug into different marketing functions, including but not limited to field, content, lifecycle and growth marketing.
- Own important parts of our customer journey to drive outcomes and long-term success.
- Closely collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup or similar environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and excel in unstructured environments.
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Figma, or similar) and basic data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with growth marketing, field marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or content marketing.
- Strong marketing intuition.
- A passion for storytelling and building brands.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for data-driven improvements.
